Got lots and lots of containers? Depots are the place for you. They’re our biggest refund points and are ready to handle bulk returns.

Some depots may offer a drive-through service where you don’t need to leave your car, others are park and walk-in locations. They’re the only refund point where cash can be a payment option – but double check the website before your visit in case your local doesn’t offer this.

Short on time? We’ve got you. Cash in your containers from the comfort of your own home with our home collection service, Container Collect.

Simply save a minimum of 100 eligible empties and book a collection date online or on our app. On collection day, label your bags of containers with your scheme ID and pop them outside for the Container Collect driver to pick up. Once your containers are counted, your refund will drop straight into your chosen account. Did we mention it’s free?
